Delivery Information

The ESPAUS Online Shop shall deliver products within Australia only.

Shipping on all orders within Australia are delivered by Australian Post at his current fees.

You will receive your order in approximately 3 to 4 working days*, depending on the destination, of receipt of your payment.

*Please note that during Sale periods and Public Holidays, some orders can take longer than the time specified for delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or provide any refund.

If you have ordered more than one product and/or products they may arrive at different times.

If there are any delays with your order, please contact ESPAUS on  info(at)espaus.com.au for a prompt answer. If necessary, we will lodge enquiries with the carrier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Our products can be shipped by post according section D10.5 from Australia Post regulations.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info(at)espaus.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
