- two thick and big zucchinis.
- 100 g of Jamon Iberico Cebo de campo (free range grain fed)
- A slice of sourdough bread.
Before starting to prepare this recipe follow the instructions about how to serve ESPAUS JAMON IBERICO.
2nd Pan fry the slices until they turn slightly golden brown.
3rd Meantime toast the slice of bread and add a little of extra virgin olive oil on top of it.
4th Put the first zucchini slice on top of the toasted bread.
5th cut the JAMON IBERICO slice into two parts and fold it over itself as one piece.
6th Repeat step 4th by adding another zucchini slice.
7th Repeat step 5th by adding another half folded JAMON IBERICO slice.
8th complete the filo with a third layer of zucchini and JAMON IBERICO ESPAUS.
9th The filo is ready to be served as shown the following photo.
