This product has been produced using only 100 % natural products and free range pork meat. Pigs are free eating only high quality grains and legumes. The texture of this product is juicy due to infiltrated intramuscular fat rich in oleic acid. Its flavour is salted than an Ibérico ham but sweeter than an Italian Prosciutto with particular notes to nuts and roasted almonds. Its darker red-pinkie colour denotes a high quality cured product.
